Pramen Vltavy na Šumavě

Tentokrát se v naší fotografii na titulní stránce Bedekru vracíme do České republiky, konkrétně na Šumavu, k prameni Vltavy. Připomeňme si, že Vltava je s délkou přes 430 kilometrů nejdelší řekou v České republice. Ze Šumavy míří přes Český Krumlov a České Budějovice směrem ku Praze, cestou překonává řadu říčních děl, mimo jiné třeba Lipno, Hněvkovice, Orlík, Slapy nebo Štěchovice. U Mělníku pak ústí do Labe. Pojďme ale zpět na Šumavu, k prameni Vltavy. Ten leží asi 5,5 kilometru jihozápadně od obce Kvilda, v nadmořské výšce 1172 metrů pod jihovýchodním svahem Černé hory. Před Druhou světovou válkou zde stávala turistická chata, dnes tu najdete dřevěný přístřešek s lavičkami a naučné tabule. Cesta k prameni je velmi příjemná a určitě je zajímavým zpestřením každé návštěvy této části Šumavy.
